Re: Introduce yourself!
Hey NSTA folks! I am Elizabeth Zodda and I hope to meet many of you at NSTA in Anaheim tomorrow, Thursday April 16. I teach high school physics at an independent school outside Philadelphia, PA.
I like to think about "Why science education?" especially when I consider the multiple audiences in my classroom - those who will go on to become scientists but also those who will follow many other paths and roles outside of science. What do we as educators tell those students when they wonder why learning about science matters?
