This is a set of exemplar materials that we have produced to show how teaching about the way in which individual citizens without scientific expertise may seek reliable information about vaccination, and how to discriminate between advice based on scientific consensus with that which is based on pseudoscience and misinformation.
We have adopted a format for these materials which provides teachers with guidance on how to use them, with classroom resources in the form of student information and activities.
The classroom resources are available in an editable form (Word documents) to enable teachers to adapt them for their own classrooms.
