If you've landed on this page it's likely that you've done so as a result of running across the InSECT Project at one of the sessions run by InSECT Project team member Elizabeth Zodda at the NSTA Meeting in Anaheim CA in April 2026.

On the InSECT Project website and here in the InSECT Community you'll find loads more information and resources to tell you more about what we're doing, and to encourage you to get involved by trying out some of our materials in your classrooms and finding other people who share our passion for educating young people about the importance of science and truth as a bastion for defending democracy. There's also a post here about how the project started.

This is a collaborative project where we're seeking to build a community of teachers in schools around the world who can co-create and trial teaching materials, and build resources and expertise for teachers of science and other subjects to tackle this important and urgent issue.

To get started, we suggest that you create an account which will enable you to post and reply to posts, and to download the materials that we have so far produced for trialling in schools. There's also a thread here for you to introduce yourself.

We look forward to working together with you!
